Can I cancel my order?
We move pretty quickly here so unfortunately you can't change your order once you have placed it. If you need to cancel your order, please email us email@example.com with your order number in the subject line. We can only cancel an order that has not been transferred to our warehouse for packing. Please note, we can’t guarantee we can cancel your order so please take care when ordering.
Can I return my purchase?
If you’ve changed your mind and wish to return your product, go for it! You can send it back to us (unopened) via tracked shipping at your expense. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will give you a returns number and further details. Your refund will be processed once we receive your unopened product back here at Cinch HQ!
What if I don't receive my order?
We offer basic tracked shipping for all deliveries. Deliveries within Australia are made through various shipping partners, including Courier Please, FastWay and Australia Post. All International deliveries are made by DHL Global Mail Service via Sendle. If your parcel is marked as ‘delivered’ by the postal service but you haven’t received your parcel please follow up with the postal service directly. We are unable to assist in this case. Cinch Skin will not be liable in this situation.
Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one discount code may be used per order. Simply enter your code in the text box marked "Gift card or Discount Code" at checkout. If you have any issues at all get in touch via email@example.com or DM us on Instagram

My order was damaged in transit. What should I do?
Oh no! So sorry. We will gladly help you out! Contact us email@example.com Please make sure you take a picture of the damage to send to us so we're able to assess. Sorry, we do not refund or exchange products that have been used or opened.
Can you deliver to my P.O Box?
Unfortunately we can't ship to PO Boxes only street addresses.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit Cards (visa / mastercard) or transfers made via paypal. We also accept Afterpay. Goods will not be shipped until full payment has been received. All prices featured on the web site are primarily in Australian Dollars. By placing an order through our site, you warrant that: You are at least 18 years old.

You understand that the Videos are created by fitness instructors and other specialised content contributors, and Cinch is not responsible for the content of the Videos. A Video is the sole responsibility of the third party who created it and Cinch does not endorse, warrant or guarantee its accuracy and/or safety. You also agree to follow all instructions contained in the Video and given by the fitness instructor or other content contributor and acknowledge that any failure to do so will be at your own risk and may cause injury.
The Videos may also contain links to third party sites that are controlled and maintained by others. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Cinch does not endorse and is not responsible for the content on those linked sites.

Before participating in any exercise or fitness routine or taking advice from any content creators contained in a Video that Cinch makes available through its social media channels or website, Cinch strongly recommends that you consult with a medical practitioner or other healthcare provider. You acknowledge that by making the Videos available to you, Cinch and its representatives are not rendering medical advice or treatment.
If you know or suspect that you may be pregnant or have any physical or medical condition, it is imperative that you seek the advice of a medical practitioner before using any information, goods, services, exercise or fitness program available or advertised on or through a Video. If you experience any discomfort, pain or other unexpected side effect during an exercise or fitness routine in a Video, you must immediately cease the activity and seek the assistance of a physician.
You use the Videos at your own risk and voluntarily participate in the activities contained in a Video with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss or death. Cinch provides you with access to the Videos on the basis that, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Cinch and the third party instructor that creates a Video each excludes all liability to you or anyone else for loss or damage of any kind (however caused or arising) including consequential loss relating in any way to a Video including, but not limited to, loss or damage you might suffer as a result of:
- personal injury or property damage of any nature resulting from your access to, and use of, a Video;
- errors, mistakes or inaccuracies in a Video;
- you acting, or failing to act, on any information contained on or referred to in a Video and/or any linked site;
- failures in relation to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of any goods and/or services offered or provided in a Video or on any linked sites.
Please refer to the warning notice below which Cinch is required to provide you under the Australian Consumer Law and Fair Trading Act 2012 in relation to this limitation of liability.
WARNING: If you participate in these activities your rights to sue the supplier under the Australian Consumer Law and Fair Trading Act 2012 if you are killed or injured because the activities were not supplied with due care and skill or were not reasonably fit for their purpose, are excluded, restricted or modified in the way set out in or on this notice.
NOTE: The change to your rights, as set out in or on this notice, does not apply if your death or injury is due to gross negligence on the supplier's part. Gross negligence, in relation to an act or omission, means doing the act or omitting to do an act with reckless disregard, with or without consciousness, for the consequences of the act or omission.
