Upon receiving your order and trying your goodies, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or have any concerns, send our customer care team an email and we will work with you to resolve these issues.

When requesting your money back through our money back guarantee policy, the product will need to be returned to our warehouse. All return postage will be at the expense of the customer. The customer also assumes any risk of damage, theft or loss of goods during transit, so we highly recommend sending your parcel via Registered Post! Products will also need to be returned at least half full and within the 30 day period to comply with our Money Back Guarantee policy. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
